Brownies. Ahh, just the word and I melt. I just wish there was a way that I could eat brownies, stay lean, and get some health benefits from them.
Oh wait…I can!!!
I want to share my take on guiltless black bean brownies, and how I make them myself.
One 15 ounce can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
2 T coconut Oil (or preferred oil)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup stevia (or preferred sweetener)
dash of salt
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
In food processor: Combine Black beans, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl
Combine dry and wet ingredients
Add chocolate chips
Grease your choice of pan
Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
I like to add some almond butter on mine… 😉
